PUM has strengthened ties between Princeton University Office of Population Research and its affiliated demography centers in Cuba, South Africa, Colombia and Thailand, including improving their hardware capabilities. We also formalized institutional ties with the Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR) in Uganda,  the Center for Population Studies (CENEP), and the Institute of Economic and Social Development (IDES) in Argentina.

Continuing the focus of reinforcing institutional ties between OPR and the migration and urbanization affiliates, PUM undertook the work of upgrading the computing capabilities at these institutions.
